Refund Policy

1. *General Returns:* We accept returns of unused and undamaged items according to our returns policy. You may return items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

2. *Faulty Items:* If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [[email protected]]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after validating the defect.

3. *Return Shipping:* Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In these cases, Printpeers will cover the return shipping fees.

4. *Refunds:* Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

5. *Sale Items:* Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

6. *Cancellations:* If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.

7. *Disputes:* If you have any problems with your order (not received, not the item that you ordered, etc.), please contact us so that we can make it right.
